Rib Line on Man v. Food Nation

Rib Line BBQ gained national attention after being featured on the Travel Channel’s Man v. Food Nation with host Adam Richman. The spotlight was on our legendary Brahma Bull tri-tip sandwich, a massive four-pound creation that has become a signature item. Along with this famous sandwich, guests visit for award-winning Santa Maria-style BBQ, house baked beans, BBQ sauce, dry rub, and our well-known tri-tip chili.

Meet Chef Brian Appiano

Chef Brian Appiano leads the kitchen with a passion for simple, quality cooking. Raised in the Bay Area, he later settled on the Central Coast after graduating from California Polytechnic State University. His cooking journey began while preparing meals for college friends, where he discovered his love for creating dishes from scratch. Today he continues that tradition at Rib Line BBQ, focusing on classic barbecue recipes and house specialties.
