Chef Brian Appiano leads the kitchen with a passion for simple, quality cooking. Raised in the Bay Area, he later settled on the Central Coast after graduating from California Polytechnic State University. His cooking journey began while preparing meals for college friends, where he discovered his love for creating dishes from scratch. Today he continues that tradition at Rib Line BBQ, focusing on classic barbecue recipes and house specialties.
